As a Surety Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our bond clients' accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to our agency's continued growth and success. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a book of bond clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of client's business and bond requirements
• Analyze and review client's needs, recommending appropriate surety bond solutions
• Develop strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other inquiries
• Collaborate with Moody Insurance team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings in the surety bond market

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in surety bond account management
• Active Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong understanding of surety bond products, underwriting guidelines, and risk management
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with an insurance agency that executed bonds or a surety company
