We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.
Principal Responsibilities
Support retail banking life insurance business and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service while upkeeping sales quality standard
Conduct sales quality review in accurate, effective & timely manner
Consistently and accurately provide the case information to sales staff for taking applicable remediation to the application
Handle case enquires from sales staff in professional manner
Assist in uplifting branch and individual sales quality above QA threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
Contribute to the success of insurance business growth and full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
University degree
Solid individual life insurance and retail banking industry experiences
Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Conversant in PC skills (preferably Excel with VBA/Macro knowledge), sales experience in retail banking and bank assurance are preferred
Able to work as a team as work independently for tasks assigned
Performance driven and results focused; and
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
