POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE: The Chief Financial Officer/Cashier of South Ottumwa Savings Bank is a vital member of the  management team and is responsible for planning, monitoring and optimizing financial performance of the bank, serving as a key advisor to the President, CEO and Board of Directors. The CFO/Cashier is responsible for oversight of all financial accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting, tax and recordkeeping activities of the institution; managing and overseeing accounting, operations, IT, compliance/BSA and fraud oversight functions; serving as the Bank’s Investment Officer in charge of in
