About the Xtrackers Sales Team
DWS manages around EUR 197 billion* globally in index-based strategies across a variety of ETFs and passive mandates. Our Xtrackers ETF platform is one of the leading ETF platforms globally, across equities, fixed income and commodities, 40 Act and UCITS. We have been building our index portfolio expertise since 1999.
In the U.S., we are a leading provider of specialized passive strategies, where we aim to provide investors with innovation, access and value.
We currently focus on helping investors in the following areas:
ESG,
Currency-hedged,
High Yield,
China,
Factor investing, including multi-factor and dividends.
The Xtrackers sales team works heavily with the Xtrackers product platform, including product structuring, portfolio managers and capital markets. We cover clients directly and also in conjunction with our generalist sales team. Being a collaborative team player is imperative. We cover all client segments, ranging from financial advisors to central banks.
We are specifically looking to recruit a senior salesperson to help DWS engage more with RIAs, IBDs and wirehouse buyers with respect to our Xtrackers ETFs and segregated mandates. The candidate will work on seeking investment in the existing range as well as identifying key investment trends which will provide input into new product launches.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Spearheading engagement on ETFs with RIA, IBD and wirehouse buyers
Raising assets in our existing ETFs
Providing feedback to our product structuring team on new concepts and product launches
Introducing RIA, IBD and wirehouse buyers to other DWS solutions
Collaborating with the rest of the global Xtrackers sales team and the Americas generalist sales team
Your Skills & Experience:
Min. 10 years' experience
Proven track record in helping RIA, IBD and wirehouse buyers with investment proposals
Self-motivated
Articulate, with the ability to write sales material
Strong macroeconomic awareness
Strong product + capital markets knowledge/technical skills
CFA, CIMA, CAIA welcome
