Job Description:
At Regions, the Lifeline Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of associates who support branches via online chat and ticket, offering advanced advice and guidance to associates regarding bank products, services, and processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Assigns work and determines workflow
Identifies and escalates potential process improvements to increase efficiency, as well as customer experience
Supervises team to ensure all service and performance standards are met
Responsible for discipline, coaching, developing, and counseling of associates
Serves as point of escalation for complex issues worked by the team
Work with the management team to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction
Serves in backup capacity to manager, to facilitate meetings and communicate to the larger team
May manage small projects requiring some coordination and/or contribute to task forces or project teams
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of branch experience in a customer service or related support position
Five (5) years of management/supervisory experience
Preferences
Some college or college degree

Ability to coach and develop applicable skills of others
Ability to collaborate with multiple business groups across skillsets
Ability to multi-task; able to prioritize and work accurately, flexibly and efficiently under pressure
Detailed and thorough
Excellent communication skills, must be able to translate complex issues to multiple levels in the organization
Knowledgeable of branch processes, policies, and procedures

Problem solving and investigative skills
