CB&T's wealth management group is a specialized division within the bank that offers comprehensive financial services to affluent, high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. These services often include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of a wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives. We are currently in search of a dedicated Wealth Advisor to join our team of bank partners in the Irvine, Southern California marketplace. At CB&T, our Wealth Management division is supported by a cohesive group of banking professionals, which includes:

As a CB&T Wealth Advisor, your role will involve actively cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with each member of the banking team. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience, evaluating, and offering guidance on various financial aspects, devising recommendations, and actively participating in solution implementation. Your responsibilities will encompass financial planning, investment management, insurance, trust services, as well as coordinating with wealth management specialists to deliver the right solution for the client.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Required licensing, Series 7, 65 or 63 and 66.
Hold a Life Insurance license.
Possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of directly related experience.
A CFP® or CFA qualification is highly preferred.
Exhibit proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Display excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Showcase exceptional analytical and presentation skills

This position is eligible to earn a base salary of $65,000 plus commission depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
