Partner with business partners across S&O and products by building strong relationships, proactively communicating with them on issues raised by the field that will impact their business line and take ownership to drive resolution to sophisticated field inquiries. Handle business crisis situations as they arise and provide high touch service on change moments that have high impact to the field. Lead process improvement initiatives to improve our client and advisor experience based on the trends and feedback we receive from the field. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on projects when Tier II input is needed for New Business, Client data, and Life Events. Provide mentoring, standard processes, and a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC)
